In this season full of vitality and energy, the International Cooperation and Exchange Office has welcomed the first class meeting of the new semester for international students. The purpose of this class meeting is to create a safe and harmonious learning environment for international students by popularizing safety knowledge and conveying the requirements of the new semester.

At the beginning of the class meeting, the head of the local police station was invited to give a lively safety education lecture to the international students. The head combined recent cases of fraud involving international students, and analyzed the common methods and identification methods of fraud in a simple and profound way. He emphasized that international students should always be vigilant when in a foreign country, enhance their self-protection awareness, not to believe the sweet words of strangers easily, not to disclose personal information casually, and to report to the police for help in time when encountering suspicious situations.

Subsequently, Deputy Director Mr. Shen Gang of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange Office made a speak. Shen reviewed the excellent achievements international students have made in academics, culture, and communication over the past year. Then, he put forward specific requirements for the new semester, hoping that international students can continue to maintain a positive learning attitude, comply with school rules and regulations, respect local customs, actively participate in campus activities, and contribute to the international development of the school. At the same time, Deputy Director Mr. Shen also awarded honor certificates to international students.
